Beginning July 1, 2010, we will begin moving all Customer Service operations to our WK&T Technology Store locations.
Our Technology Stores offer Toshiba Televisions, Dell & Acer Computers, Security Systems, Yamaha Surround Sound Systems as well as Computer Repair and Networking Assistance. Along with these great products, these stores will become the main locations for customers to pay their bill, sign up for new WK&T service, make changes to their existing service, and to make general inquires.
WK&T is excited to be making these changes in order to give our customers convenient locations in order to provide a one-stop shop. Our plans are to have all customer operations moved by September 1st and we will no longer accept payments and service requests in our business office located at 237 North 8th Street in Mayfield.
